Ordering

The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

We always aim to process orders as quickly as we can, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes you need. The fastest way to reach us is by generating a support ticket Click Here! . Sorry! At this point in time our manufacturing process does not allow for custom orders or rebuilds. What you see on our site is what is available.

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, log in or create a guest account and go through the ordering process. When the order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. Once the product is shipped you will be notified by email.
The advantage of creating an account is that you can also easily make reorders afterward by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can change quantities or products. 

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance with your card provider and make sure that your card is activated, if it's new. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact us and notify us about the problem. We can manage the payment manually for you. 

You have a very limited time window to do this. We pride ourselves in offering super fast dispatch and delivery, and once the order that you have placed enters our super efficient dispatch process you will not be able to cancel.  Instead, you will need to receive the product and return the product for a refund. If however, the product is on backorder or not entered into our dispatch system you can still cancel. You cannot cancel if the status of your order is any of the following.

Saft LS33600 batteries, which are lithium thionyl chloride batteries, are considered dangerous goods due to their chemical composition and high energy density. Shipping these batteries via Canada Post is generally prohibited because they pose several risks during transportation:

  1. Fire Hazard: Lithium batteries can potentially catch fire or explode if they are damaged, improperly handled, or exposed to high temperatures. This risk is heightened during transport, where they may be subjected to rough handling, vibration, or other conditions that could cause damage.

  2. Regulatory Restrictions: Canada Post adheres to strict regulations regarding the transportation of dangerous goods, including lithium batteries. The International Air Transport Association (IATA) and other regulatory bodies classify lithium batteries as hazardous materials, imposing restrictions on their shipment. Canada Post, as a carrier, follows these regulations to ensure safety.

  3. Special Handling Requirements: Shipping lithium thionyl chloride batteries often requires special packaging, labeling, and documentation to comply with safety regulations. Canada Post does not offer the specialized handling required for these types of batteries, making it unsuitable for their transportation.

Due to these safety and regulatory concerns, Saft LS33600 batteries and similar lithium batteries are typically shipped through specialized carriers that can comply with the necessary safety standards and regulations.

Returns

Here is our return policy

Returns for a refund

To obtain a refund your product must be returned to us within 30 days from the date you receive your items. Your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging intact and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories contained as received. Please note if the original manufacturer's packaging is damaged a repacking fee of $7.50 will be charged. We will not accept partial returns. All goods are inspected on receipt. The Returns packing slip must be included and the Returns (RMA) number must be visible on the package but not on the actual battery container. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.

Our policy is to apply a restocking fee of 15% with a minimum charge of $5. This amount is deducted from the amount of your refund to cover the labour costs to handle your return. The item/items returned must be in good condition with all original parts and accessories in the original box with the packaging intact for a refund to be applied. Please allow up to 7 days for refunds and credits to be processed and a further 14 days for your card provider to credit your account. All refunds will be applied by the method of payment that was received when the order was placed. Please note that all account net 30 orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee and outward shipping charges will not be refunded.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Sorry but shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

You are responsible for return shipping charges for any warranty return. We do recommend returning your items with a shipping carrier that allows you to track and insure the package. if your package is lost or damaged while it is in transit from you to us it will be up to you to make a claim.

Over the 30 Days for a Refund

Not usually an issue but this is at our discretion we may only offer an exchange or a store credit for future purchases.

Defective Items

We accept defective items for return for a refund during the first 30 days. After 30 days, the product can be returned but at our discretion, for either a store credit, replacement, exchange, or repair.

After 60 days from the date of the invoice issued with your purchase, your product falls under a warranty replacement. Following the 60 days, we will offer a replacement of the defective item. Customers can not exchange it for a different item unless it has been discontinued. Customers are responsible for return shipping on warranty items. A replacement warranty only runs to the date of the original warranty.

We offer a comprehensive 12 Months warranty on most of our batteries and accessories. This warranty does not cover batteries that have been overcharged or undercharged or left to fully discharge for extended periods. Neither does the warranty cover abuse and misuse. All of our batteries and accessories can be returned to the address as shown on the returns authorization email that you will receive. We reserve the right to test any battery prior to issuing a new replacement or refund. We will void the if any warranty stickers have been removed or if any internal component has been changed or modified.

Package Arrived Damaged

If your package arrives damaged, please save the merchandise, original box, and the packing it arrived in. Notify at 1 -888-730-8658 within 24 Hours to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged merchandise. (This does not apply to Canada Post shipments)

Package Refusal

We recommend that you do not refuse the packages that we have sent to you, as it will cost more money in the end. When a package is refused, the shipping carrier will charge us for the return shipping cost, which we will deduct from the total of your refund. Instead, we recommend accepting the package and contacting us to start the return process.

For international orders please be aware that refusing the package will not eliminate the brokerage fee that the shipping carrier will charge. If an international customer does refuse the package, they will be refunded less shipping & handling (both ways), and the amount of the brokerage fee once we get the package back.

Packages That are Lost in Transit or Delivered late

If your package is lost in transit there is a process that we have to follow with the carriers, Please understand that this is not our process and we have no control over the process once we have reported the problem to the respective carriers. we must follow this set of procedures in order for them to locate your package. A track and trace must be started with the shipping carrier. A track and trace can take up to 14 business days to process. If the package is not found, then we can reship your order. Unfortunately, we do have to wait until this process is complete before reshipping your order.

Clearance & Final Sales Returns

Please understand what clearance product means, returns will only be accepted on defective products upon customer receipt. Returns must be received by us at the address above within 14 days of the product receipt date. Refunds will not be authorized after 14 days. Before returning any defective item, you must follow the above process and submit an online Return Materials Authorization (RMA) request form. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers for clearance and final sales products are valid for a maximum of 5 business days. Due to a shortage of stock, replacement products may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.
Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.
Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.

At this time, due to our systems' integration with various carriers, we are unable to offer this service.

Do you offer same-day shipping?

Yes, as long as the order is placed before 11:59 am. Please note this does not mean we offer same-day delivery.

Can we pick up our order from your Oakville location?

Not at this time.

Do you ship to Puerto Rico?

We are unable to ship lithium batteries to Puerto Rico, but we can ship NiMh batteries.

Paid Shipping Services

We offer a variety of shipping methods through Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, Canpar, and Purolator. You can choose the method best suited to your needs. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight, destination, and selected service. To get a shipping cost estimate, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your postal code. You will see available shipping methods, transit times, and pricing.

Shipping Details

  • In-Transit Times: Delivery dates are estimates provided by carriers. Transit times are in business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Delays due to carrier or weather-related issues are beyond our control.
  • Order Processing: We typically ship orders by the next business day, but some products may take longer. If there is a delay longer than 5 days, we will notify you.
  • PO Boxes: Only Canada Post can deliver to PO boxes; other services cannot.
  • Processing Time: We require at least 1 business day for order processing.

UPS

  • Standard: Fastest for shipping Lithium Metal batteries. Suitable for heavier shipments. Ships all battery chemistries.
  • International (USA): Ships Lithium Ion, Lithium Polymer, NiMh, Alkaline, Sealed Lead Acid, and NiCd batteries. No lithium metal batteries by air.

Purolator

  • Ground: Fastest for shipping Lithium Metal batteries. Suitable for heavier shipments. Ships all battery chemistries.
  • International (USA): Ships Lithium Ion, Lithium Polymer, NiMh, Alkaline, Sealed Lead Acid, and NiCd batteries. No lithium metal batteries by air.

Customs and Import Duties

  • Please note your order may be subject to retail sales tax, import duties, and/or taxes. These may be applied by your country when your package arrives.
  • We ship packages duties and taxes unpaid. These charges must be paid by you to clear customs.

Acceptance of Incorrect Addressing Order Policy

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Check the address details within 30 minutes and notify us of any errors. If the address is incorrect and the shipment is returned, you will be responsible for the shipping and return costs. This policy applies to all orders, including those placed via PayPal Express Checkout.

Currency and Inventory

We are based in Ontario, Canada. You can view prices in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or USD. Select your preferred currency. Our vast inventory is mostly available on the shelf, but some products may have limited quantities. If there is a delay, we will notify you immediately and offer a refund if you cannot wait.

How to Calculate Shipping Charges

Unfortunately, in-person pickup is not available. We ship all our products from a third-party fulfillment center, and they do not offer pickup as part of their service.
